Your selected items will be securely delivered by reputable shipping companies. After dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status and exact location of your package around the clock.

Additionally, we provide various local payment methods in many countries, such as TWINT in Switzerland.

Simply click on “Size Guide” on each product page. We provide the dimensions for each product there, allowing you to compare them with your body measurements. If an item runs smaller or larger, it will be indicated under “Description” on each product page.

You can check the availability of a product on our website. If you cannot select the desired size on the product page, that size may currently be out of stock. For specific inquiries about availability or assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service via email or phone. GENTLEMANO does not maintain waiting lists; when additional sizes become available, they will be promptly displayed on the webshop.
